Peppermills PDF Print E-mail

...and Salt mills

Freshly ground pepper is a staple in any chefs kitchen. Unfortunately, most of the pepper mills on the market today suffer from one (or both) of the following problems: they are cheaply made with lousy mechanisms or, they are look like every other pepper mill on the market. We have taken care of both of these issues.

The first thing I have done is utilize the Crushgrind mechanism, the guts of the unit. The Crushgrind is ceramic and, hands-down, the smoothest operating pepper mill hardware I have found. Whether you want your pepper fine or coarse, this hardware can handle it. Also, because the innards are ceramic, you can also use these mills to grind your own sea salt.

The second problem most other pepper mills have is that they either look like every other pepper mill or they are plastic and cold. Each one of the mills I create is different from the last in either shape, woods used, or both. I try to stay away from old-fashioned styles instead favouring something a little more contemporary. Of course, it is your opinion that counts so let me know what you think.
